• Will strawberries ripen after they are picked?
  No. They may turn a deeper shade of red, but the fruit will not taste riper.
• Should I call before I visit your farm?
  Weather and a heavy picking day can always affect availability. you may want to call ahead.
• Should I bring my own picking container?
  You certainly may. However, we provide boxes and buckets for our pick your own customers as well.
• What is the correct way to pick a strawberry?
  Pinch the stem at least 1/2" above fruit. This will keep fruit fresher and prevent bruising.
• Can I freeze strawberries?
  Yes. Rinse fruit and allow to dry completely before packaging.
